Refund Policy – IPTV Nederland

At IPTV Nederland, we stand behind the quality of our service. We work hard every day to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, we understand that not every service fits every user. If you are unhappy with your purchase or experience an issue that we cannot resolve, we offer refunds under the conditions below.


1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at ipflytv@gmail.com with:

  • Your order/transaction ID

  • Subject line: “Refund Request”

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Any proof or screenshots that may help us understand your problem

In some cases, our team may request additional information or provide evidence from our side to ensure a transparent and fair decision.


2. Refund Conditions

Technical Issues

Refunds for technical problems are only possible if:

  1. You have allowed our support team to fully assist you and attempt all troubleshooting steps.

  2. We are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours.

Our support team is available 24/7 and will do everything possible to help you.


3. Refund Time Limit

  • Refunds can be requested within 72 hours of purchase.

  • After 72 hours, only partial refunds may apply depending on the used subscription period.


4. Refund Processing Times

If your payment was made using credit or debit cards:

  • Standard processing time: 20–31 working days

  • In rare cases, refunds may take up to 90 days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important:
We do not control these time frames, as refunds are handled by the payment processor, not IPTV Nederland.


5. Full vs. Partial Refunds

  • Full refund: Only for purchases made within 72 hours.

  • Partial refund: For purchases older than 72 hours, based on the used portion of the subscription.

  • Our support team will contact you regarding any partial refund calculation.


6. Cases Where Refunds Cannot Be Issued

Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

User cannot set up their own device

We provide full assistance, but we cannot guarantee issues caused by personal hardware, apps, or incorrect configuration.
Our support covers only recommended setup methods.

Temporary channel issues

Some channels may occasionally freeze, buffer, or go offline due to:

  • Internet fluctuations

  • Issues with the user’s device or app

  • ISP restrictions

  • Temporary server-side issues

  • Channels being down from the source

These situations are normal for IPTV and are not grounds for a refund.

Customer changes their mind

Refunds cannot be issued if the user decides to cancel for personal reasons without any service-related issue.


7. When Refunds Are Guaranteed

If the user is unable to watch their IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours due to a server issue caused by us, we will:

  • Provide a full refund, or

  • Add the lost time to your subscription for free, plus an additional bonus (to be agreed upon).


8. Our Commitment

We aim to resolve every issue quickly and fairly.
Whenever a refund is approved, we process it immediately on our end and forward it to the payment provider for completion.
